Hey Fraser, you made me fall in love with working out. I started watching you in march 2020, you got me in shape and I lost alot of weight. You thought me what to eat and when and how to workout. I finally did it!! I've done them all without stopping! Even did 50 jumping jacks afterwards for good measure. This video helped me push higher everyday. Thank you brother, god bless 🙏

Did this workout a couple days ago and my abs and legs were on FIRE 🔥

I really wanted a quick, effective workout to do at home because I didn't want to stay in the park too long considering I had some extra work on my plate. This was exactly what I needed.
