I love these types of 2 in 1 workout. I know this wouldn't be a usual combination but could you maybe do an arms and legs workout if possible? Could be fun and isn't that common

Love this quick but intense workout. I worked a busy 12 hour shift at the hospital and made myself do this workout once I got home while the kids were out doing extra curricular activities. Thank you!

Ive never worked out really and I really wanted to start taking care of myself and I got me a little booty band and I found this video I'm going to use it as a starting point. ❤️ I think it will be perfect for me. She doesn't feel intimidating, she explains everything so simply and everything is simple and I don't need all kinds of crap..

The first time I did this workout was a year ago and those leg drops killed me!! Since keeping up with it though I’m feeling so much stronger and I notice a difference. Thank you so much for these time-friendly workouts too!

As a pilfering group exercise instructor, who's been teaching for 16 years, I'm two videos in and I didn't think it possible for me to come out with so many new ideas that would actually work in a class situation. Often new moves I see wouldn't work in a group class as they are too faffy. Many thanks.
