Thanks for taking the time to show how to do push ups in proper form. I am 60 years young and the proper form shown here will really be a game changer for me. Body movements I know are key. This looks like more of a yogic chataranga than a traditional push up...but it's the best instruction for chataranga that I've seen...thank you.

Whenever I do pushups for some reason it feels really natural for the fingers on my right hand to be bent and the fingers on my left to be straight
