90% of the time when someone tells me they can do an impressive number of pushups (50+ reps in a row), it's always with ass form without full range of motion.
Didn't know if it was possible to do it right until I saw your "most pushups in 30 seconds" video.
Keep up the good work man, you're an inspiration to many 💪

I went on to do the push up variations which most people can't do with a 10kg vest but started doing partial reps in the process. Now I'm focusing more on form💪

I don't know if you'll see this (probably not ) but your channel really helped me, once i lost a bet a had to do 50 push ups well i did strict ones, not those lazys asf ones i used to do, though it made me feel sore, but it helped me know that my limit wasn't 30.
Also my friend ask me why did i do full push ups

This is a great video for teaching the workout babies out there proper form. I don’t know if you have already made a video on this or not, but for the babies out there, if you want to hit more chest, do wider grip, and tuck on shoulders back and in. If you want to hit more shoulder, lean forward and push your shoulders towards the ground and back. For triceps, try diamond pushups. Hope this helps!
