Man with my old technique I was doing 25 push ups and getting my shoulders hurt now I can do 35 and feel OK not horrible after finishing a set and I am thankful for your tips.

Another thinf to add, when at the top try protracting your scapular and retract your scapular when you go down which puts more tension on the chest

Still i stop bcz of my arms (tricep) getting tired rather than my chest.
