More like... Raise your shoulders if you wanna target your shoulders and traps, and Keep it down if you want to target the chest.

I've been doing it wrong for a long time I mean a long time.... I started doing push-ups back in 2006 when I join the military they had very few requirements to engage what they would consider to be a push-up. I always wondered why my shoulders hurt more than my biceps.
