Manage to get about 5 on the first go. This is actually pretty tough, trying to maintain the form is difficult at first. Hoping to manage 20-25 in a set by the end of the month.

Nice tutorial dude but keep in mind to stop for half a second in the center position to avoid using momentum.

Ive never done this variation before and had always stuck with 3 sets of 20s on regular. I tried it today and was quite amazed that i was able to do 10 of them first try

I that ok to not rotate the wirst? Ive seen much video for archer pushup, they rotate their hand on that floor to make it cmfortable while switch on the other hand
