Tip: wear a crop top during the workout. When I look at my belly, I see enough motivation to continue the workout lol

I did this for one month every day plus 20 minutes of cardio (stationary bike) and lost 12lbs and my stomach looked amazingly toned. Dedication, time and motivation works when you put your mind to it!

i actually do your ab workouts though and i have visible abs lol, took me a solid 2weeks to notice them, but i got the changes within 3days, just do it guys, yes you will feel like screaming and being extra but you do you, i had to go through the embrassment when my mom found out, she said she actually noticed some differences, and i had a bad habit of not drinking water, now I drink 3-4 bottles at least per day, and my acne REALLY cleared up, and I stopped drinking as much soda as I did before, no pain no gain💯

guys do not give up if after a week or two you see very few changes. each body is different and changes differently, so if it's taking you more time than to other people this is completely normal!! just do not give up, bc if you do, the changes you want will never happen ♡

For those who are interested, my New Year's Resolution is to lose weight. So, just wanna say I'm actually training with this workout. Just 15-25min per day. I've been doing this for a week and a half and i've lost 2-2.5kg and my abs are much flat than before. My goal is to weight 58 more or less. My current weight is 64-65 so if u wanna see the progress just make this comment seen for so many people to respond to you guys!.

Edit: btw, my height is 1, 65 lol

So I did this video over the summer to try to get that beach bod and WHEN I TELL YOU IT WORKS!!! I've had a pudgey belly my entire life and this video changed that. I was doing lots of other videos and exercises but nothing worked like this. I had very fain ab lines after like 3 weeks. So I jogged (very poorly cuz I have 0 stamina) then did this video and 100 squats every day. Along with eating healthy and intermittent fasting (which is so much easier than you'd think) and lost like 8 lbs and toned very nicely. Bc i eventually got lazy I ate poorly and stopped exercising and gained it all back and then some! So I'm back again! Like if you want updates

Guys I’m not even kidding. This workout is generally amazing I saw results in like 1 week it’s crazy!! I’ve been doing it for a month or 2 and OMG! My waist belly everything has gotten smaller. And my fupa sis!! It’s going I’m so happy honestly do this workout guys it does work. Might take time to see results but just be consistent x

guys this workout works so well, you just need a clean and healthy diet like i did. but that doesn’t mean you can’t have some unhealthy stuff...just limit yourself and have portion control.

I did this for the last 3 days and I can see a change. I didn't expect to see less belly fat after this short amount of time. I will keep doing this. (Sorry for my English! I'm still very young and English isn't my first language.)
