OMG YES!! I would love to do a workout challenge!! That way it’d be easier when figuring out what workouts to do each day :) You could do like a beginner version and an intense version. Love your workouts!! <3

For me this is a wonderful way of getting my arms working a bit! For I can combine it with abs and thereby rest a little and balance out the amount of weight in my body so it isn't fully on my arms and it becomes too difficult for me. Thank you Sami!
