I've been doing your work outs since 2020. I've lost 30lbs since then. I feel amazing have a consistent schedule and now love working out. I wake up everyday and do your work outs. Today was my arm day and I've completed those work out 3x. Thx again for sharing your knowledge and passion for fitness you've made it mine as well.

Your videos got me through quarantine, I mean it. All gyms were closed, even my apartment gym was off limits, and I had basic dumbbells etc. but without your videos I would have been so lost. I am forever grateful, and I think of it every time I do your workouts at home now, 3000 miles difference, but the feelings remain. Much love XX

Love this workout. Today I tacked in on to the end of two dance workouts (cardio day) and was inspired to set a 21-day arm challenge for myself! Thank you, Maddie, for your inspiration and dedication to all of us "out here"!

Love the videos! I have learned so much. It's been a great year. I have lost 35 pounds and only 10 more to reach my goal weight which is what I weighed in my 20s! Making better food choices too! Thank you ❤️

I was doing this workout without audio but just did it with, and found her commentary very helpful. It made for a different workout for sure!

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 28, part 2: Complete ✅
Whew! That felt tough today. I really like this workout - I've done it often. I upped my weight this time though, to challenge myself. Also, I got to try my new lifting gloves from Christmas. It made me feel way cooler doing the workout 😎 Anyway, I'm rambling a bit. Great workout! Thanks so much, Maddie!

My compliment for myself today is just to congratulate myself for making it so far in this challenge. Almost to the finish line! (I've even got another challenge lined up for when this one is complete 😉 I could get addicted to this. -You've created a monster, Maddie.- )

Oh my gosh I remember starting my little ab journey back in 2019 and this is what got me into it. I was really tired today so I just settled for a short workout and I was reminded of this video. After all these years this one still hits the best, my favorite ab workout❤
