For any natural lifter, the exercises here can be split into 2 separate push days. No way it’s feasible to do all this in one day. If u give ur all on half these exercises, there is no way can perform the other half in the same session with the same intensity unless u are on PEDs

Nothing wrong with flaring elbows on dumbbell presses as long as you can do it pain free. It actually increases the stretch on the pecs

As far as I know, most people don’t need to target lower chest since it is often targeted when you train chest in any position.

He just gets his ass of the couch and goes to the gym not like the most of you and not to forget he stays consitend he has been going to the gym for 2.5 years maybe 3
It is possible to transform a body like that in just 2.5 years you just have to stay consistent

Form for the incline and shoulder presses were not incorrect, if your shoulder feels comfortable in those positions then do it, you get much more stretch. Everyone is built differently.

Dr. Mike and many other scientific body builders would disagree with you on tucking in the elbows on the chest and shoulder exercises. because by tucking in your elbows you are taking away from the stretch which is where you see the most muscle growth
