Alright here’s a simple and effective push workout for consistent growth in the gym, I actually did this today but I didn’t record the first 2 exercises so I just used old clips from my camera roll but I’ll pin the full workout in the comments below if you wanna try it for yourself. FULL Workout:

-Incline bench press
-Seated shoulder press
-Dips
-Lateral raises
-Skullcruhsers/ Close grip bench press (superset)
-Tricep Pushdowns

(3-4 sets, 8-15 reps for each)

Offer begins 12/31 at 12 PM EST and declines 1% every hour, so be quick! 👊

I've been doing a very similar routine for some time and its very effective, I've seen a lot of growth on my chest especially.
I do a cable fly instead of 1 more triceps exercise because it gets a huge amount of work from the compound exercises already.

Interesting. You do Incline press, Shoulder Press, Dips, then side then 3 different exercises for tricep. Not sure what your goals are here but alright

My push workout:

Barbell benchpress 4x6-12
Ohp smith machine 4x8-10
Incline dumbell press 4x8
Pec dec 3x15
Laterall raises 4x15 dropsets
Skullcrusher 3x12
Overhead tricep extension rope 3x12
Tricep rope pushdown 3x12

hmm.. i was just thinking about maybing changing up my workout plan, since i didn't see a lot of other guys do what i do... Well i guess i don't have to now! This video is almost exactly my workout routine.
