I prefer two days of rest, and I leave arm day lastly before I hit it, because I prefer my arms having energy on it's due date.

That’s pretty solid- may have to switch from PPL- my shoulders lagging a bit from PPL.

For me it’s
Day one: leg
Day two: back/shoulders/abs
Day three: arm
Day four: leg
Day five: arm
(Two days I don’t go is rest day and cardio day)

Sounds like a smart split honestly, my favorite split so far has been PPL with basically 4-5 days per week....

Why have I not seen this before, it looks beautiful, a lot better than ppl in my opinion though I’ve not tried it yet. Gonna add maybe a few sets for shoulders on day 1

The workout split depends on which part you want to develop more need to be trained twice with
