Full PUSH DAY Workout at my Apartment Gym!

Alright as promised, here is my full push day that I did today at my apartment gym. First I started heavy with some incline dumbbell press, and yes I warmed up before this I did some dynamic stretching and a couple sets with lighter weight, I went for around 8-10 reps here then I moved onto dumbbell shoulder press again for 8-10 reps, with a very small pause at the bottom just to make sure I’m not using momentum, and then I did some cable flys I started with more of a high to low press for the lower chest just cause it feels more comfortable for me, then I did low to high again for the upper chest, I’m currently tryna bring that up which is why I do 2 exercises for it, and then for the mid chest or the sternal portion, I did pec flys, and all 3 of these movements I did for 2 sets in the 12-15 rep range, and then I moved onto triceps I did a few sets of katana extensions in the 10-12 rep range to train the lengthened position, and then I moved the cables up and did a few sets of pulldowns again in the 10-12 rep range to train the shortened position. And I finished off the workout with a couple sets of behind the back lat raises to train the lengthened position of the mid delt, and then some of whatever variation of lat raise this is to train the mid-shortened position, but that is the full workout, took me a little over an hour and a half, try it out and I hope you enjoy.

-L/H flys (12-15)
-Pec flys (12-15)
-Katana ext (10-12)
-Pulldowns (10-12)
-Lat raise (12-15)
-Lat raise (12-15)

Some notes: Many of these were only 2 sets, so the overall volume wasn’t too crazy. The low-high flys that I did work a bit of the anterior delt and would be better for the upper chest at a higher cable position (gonna try that out next time). The last lat raise variation I did was more of the mid position, a cable y raise would be better for the short position (I will also try this out).

Can you please show us your weekly training routine ? And i really wanted to say that what you're doing is really nice . Transferring your knowledge to us really big deal . I saw your nutrition plan video yesterday telling people that you did wrong back then etc., accepting your mistakes, seeing you grow and becoming more mature as well as we do at the same time makes us really happy man . Keep it up stay motivated King !!!

This is some of the best control of letting the weight down i have seen for heavy weights. And supposedly science says doing it like this is really beneficial

lean forward on that chest fly control the weight so it stretches your chest to the max. Charles glass teaches that one.
