I have been training since the past 3 years, and after trying soo many exercises i have found the best workout split and exercises for myself that gives me the most insane mind muscle connection and the best pump.
I follow a Push/pull/legs split and because of it i can train my each muscle twice a week which is ideal for a Natural Lifter, so in this video I will be sharing my Push Workout with you in which i will be explaining my routine in Detail.

This is my Push Workout that i have been following from the last 8 months, and i have seen some crazy changes in my physique.

I understand that we should not overload ourselves with exercise, but just 2 exercises for shoulders and 1 for triceps is enough for the muscles' growth?
