My left shoulder feels abit dodgy when lifting but I think it’s bcuz my left side is weaker and has worse form any tips ?

How are you going to do 2 heavier sets on bench and 1 lighter set. But then 4 sets on chest Fly. 🤔

If you really wanna increase your strength you should be doing sets of 7-12 🤦‍♂️
