To all my beginners reading the comments, I feel you! So many of these exercises were new to me or wayyyy to difficult. I had to pause the video a bunch and modify some exercises, but the point is that I finished the video and you can too! Don't give up, there's no shame in modifying, and believe in yourself :)

What shall I say about this workout. Sweat, sweat and sweat. My gym owner called me yesterday I said no I am not joining the gym, I got my personal trainer on YouTube channel. Thanks Anna for such a fun loving motivational workouts.

Wow! I think I just learned what “push yourself” really means😅 Those last few exercises had me almost dead, but I just kept going and finished strong and I feel amazing! Thank you so much Anna for these videos, you make working out and movement available for those like me who don’t have much equipment, gym membership, or knowledge on where to start. I especially love your Tabata videos, I’m always thinking about the next exercise so it flies by and I unlock strength I didn’t know I had. Challenging and fun, the perfect mix. As a younger 5ft 6in teen, I burned 411 total calories, the most I’ve ever in a workout. But for the first time I appreciate how I feel instead of the calories burned. omg!!! that may have been the longest 42 minutes of my life. i think there was 60+ exercise set in that workout. So nice to have no repeats, but a LOT of it rhymed :-) Thanks Anna for another killer session

Me at the start: “Man this isn’t too bad, I must be getting stronger. I might even do a dance workout after this.”
