▸ Muscles Worked: Arms, Abs, Legs, Chest, Back and Shoulders
▸ Time: 45 Min
▸ Equipment: Weights (Dumbbells or Water Bottles)
▸ Dumbbell Weight I use: 2 x 5 kg

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

▸ The Workout:
1. Warm Up 0:00 - 05:15
2. Workout 05:15 - 35:15
3. Cool Down 36:15

This Workout will challenge you! Grab your weights (dumbbells or any other weight you have at home - for example water bottles) and give it all - "If it doesn't challenge you it won't change you .."
