▸ Anna's Tip of the Day: Focus on Form & don't rush it - we don't wanna risk any INJURIES here! All the workouts are super intense, lots of Jumping, lots of advanced movements - as a beginner make sure to give yourself and your body time! YOU'LL GROW & YOU WILL GET THERE!

▸ Workout Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

I'm finding myself using the 10 seconds breaks to literally LAUGH at myself for pulling through an exercise KNOWING I'm about to get my butt kicked again. My gyms are opening next week and I've decided to stick to at home workouts because of you. Thank you Anna! Stay strong, team GROW! <3

Dieses Workout war soo sooo sooo mega!!! Wenn man VON Sekunde mit einem breiten Grinsen im Gesicht "workouted" und in der 10-sekunden-Pause auch noch tanzt weil die Playlist soo megamäßig gewählt ist, dann weiß man, man trainiert einfach nur mit der ALLERBESTEN!!! DANKE DANKE DANKE LIEBE ANNA!!! ❤️Nie zuvor war ich motivierter zu sporteln als mit dir, danke vielmals dafür!! ❤️
