Ok guys get ready for a quick and sweaty session! Today's HIIT Cardio Workout is a killer! We will be powering through 6 different body-weighted, high-intensity exercises and we will get through the entire circuit 3 times oww oww!! This HIIT circuit requires no equipment so you can get that cardio workout in from anywhere. So clear some space and follow along :)

Hey folks! I'm a 74 year old woman who just did this workout for the first time. I made it through the whole thing with the exception of doing modified burpees! If I can do it, you can! Go for it! Great workout and so short.

hi guys don't forget to drink some water and eat 3 meals! yesterday and the day before i didn't eat a lot and passed out in the middle of the workout (completely my fault). eating and staying hydrated is very important. passing out is really scary and i'd hate to see any of you have to go through that while you're working out. listen to your body! you guys got this. <3

I was like " 10 min only? well, I ll do it 2 or 3 times" . I died and my lunges died during this workout so not even thinking about it anymore. Thanks it was intense !

I must confess that everytime I try out other workouts I feel unsatisfied and end up coming back to this channel to get that satisfaction of a good hard workout feeling and I get mad at myself for not starting here in the first place 🤦‍♀️ Thank you Heather for these amazing workouts! They truly are life saving.

havent been able to get through this workout before... i tried it 4 times prior and had to stop either after one or two circuts... but today, i finally did the full 12 minutes! even though i had to take longer breaks between the circuts, highkey still proud that i was able to push through the 3 rounds finally :) sweating profusely though lmao

for only 13 minutes this really kicked my butt and i do cardio everyday! i also did this another 2 times and it was so intense! thanks for making me show up and work hard everyday and for posting so many kick butt workouts 💜💪🏽

I love adding this on to the end of another workout when I feel like I have a little energy left for some extra cardio (although that rarely happens if I'm doing one of your other workout videos)! You are my favorite workout channel!
