Hi Maddie! Just wanted to point out that ur workouts are really nice, motivating and inspiring. I’m on day 12 of workout out now. I started doing your workouts just yesterday and I realized they are the workouts that actually are GOOD. I used other workouts that I didn’t really feel like doing but your workouts just hit different. Really thank u! Hey Maddie! Would love to see more upper body exercises incorporated into your Full Body workouts. I feel like for women there is always overwhelming focus on legs and glutes, so our arms and backs often get ignored. And they constitute half of our body!! Thank you

I learned a lesson in life, what people say about us, is saying more about them…is their insecurities that are showing…is their lack of commitment, and discipline and routine to build a body that strong, that beautiful! Did not workout for two month because of sickness followed by two weeks of just not beeing in the greatest mental state. But now I feel better and am not afraid of your workouts. They are tough for sure but I know I can follow along and take breaks in between without feeling bad. So thank you for your continous work of creating a healthy environment to workout!

i love hiit but i usually do 4 sets of 7 exercises or 3 sets of 9. i’ve never tried one with sets this quick, so im excited! i’ll do it twice for a full workout and see how it goes.

Yes yes yes!!!! I’ve been sick for over a week and have only been able to stretch. First day back and I MADE IT THROUGH!! 💪🏼 at the end of circuit 2 I was honestly bummed there was no mountain climbers. I should have known Maddie wouldn’t do me like that. 😉💪🏼 When I started, I could barely hold myself in a high plank and definitely could not do mountain climbers. That was June 2023.
Now that I CAN do them, I LOVE to!!!
And one of the many things I’ve learned on this journey, that I tell myself during every workout “I can do anything for 30 seconds”
I LOVED the instruction during this workout “it’s only 2 minutes of your life” 🥰💪🏼

Kept wondering when the mountain climbers were coming as I know you by now Maddie 🤣🤣 you never disappoint that was indeed intense the sweat is dripping 🥵🔥 but I am SMILING 😁❤

Jump lunges were one of the exercises I hated most in gym days. Idk how they found their way into Maddie’s workout 😭.
This workout have the most brutal burn out of all her workouts and I’ve done all of hers on YouTube and the app 🤣 just when I thought The Strong At Home program 2 was it.

Alright! That is hard for only 15 minutes, and I didn't even do all the jumping options. I appreciate you showing how hard it is for you, too! It makes me feel like less of a failure. 😂
