I did the faber test myself and it showed a Restriction on my painful knee side, i did the pigeon pose stretch and knee shift, body squatted with no knee pain 😮❤. Thank you!!!

How do you know how heavy a kettlebell to use?

Faber tests shows very big limitation on my left hip.
But I feel the limitation on the front hip bone area, near the groin.

I tried the joint mobilization and the kettlebell shift stretch, but no improvements on the faber test.


1) are the improvements noticeable from day 1?

2)maybe I am missing something? What?

When I try to do this stretch, the KB touches the ground, rendering it useless. :/

I agree best channel, but for me this exercise made my hips even tighter and my Faber tests present tightness on both sides, knees are super high on each side. any suggestions?
