NOTE: I'll cue this in the video, but it's so important to ACTIVELY keep your body from tensing up as you hold each stretch. Focus on breathing into each stretching exercise, and think about "releasing" the tension in each muscle group to avoid clenching up.

I knew I needed to work on my hips, but I didn’t know I needed it THIS much! I could barely do a couple of these, so I’ll definitely be coming back to this one several times each week. I’m LOVING the short mobility videos that I can add at the end of any workout, please keep them coming! I need all of them 😅

1 month and my hip flexibility and strength (particularly side of glutes) has improved loads. Hips and groin area always feels great after this workout. Thanks for this video. Its fixing a 20 year long issue I've had

I just finished all workouts from the hybrid strength training list. I enjoyed them all. It took me longer than planned because perimenopause doesn't agree with me. Hopefully I will be able to get back to my schedule and start the summer challenge otherwise I will be doing the barre playlist. I want to keep my habit of working out but I just don't have the energy right now. Thank you so much ❤
