This actually helped me a lot. I’ve been having trouble bending over to pick items off the floor. After doing this exercise I was able to do it so much more easily and a lot less pain! Thanks, Dr Rowe!

My hip flexors hurt so bad when I squat and it’s always at the lowest position. I tried this today and it worked! Already feeling so much more relief and movement ^.^

Just came back from kundalini yoga. My hip flexors were screaming after sitting in easy pose for an hour. First set of these my ankle and lower left leg cramped up. After finally doing the exercise my hips and thighs feel so much looser. Thank you ❤
