My hotel rooms are often small with only just enough room to do press ups. They usually have a chair too. Can you do us a hotel room hiit?

Too fast, a warm up is basically something you start with a stiff body (assuming you are exercising first thing in the morning) and you need to do a few stretches to limber up before you generate heat. Doing it at your pace with stiff joints can lead to injury. best to slow down this video if you are planning to follow along.

Good warm up video for joints but should be done after a proper, heart raising warm up as this video is more about stretches than a warm up routine
