I'm working to get out of the 260s now. As of tomorrow it'll be 2 months of daily walks. I still need to work on my diet but I love my walks. I do them outside and it's beautiful. I hope to be able to maintain in the winter but I have a gym membership just in case

I do walking workout off YouTube when I can't get outside. It's fun

You can get your steps in threwout the day, it doesn't have to be done all at once. It's recommended to walk atleast five miles a day

I have to walk my dog about 3 miles a day. She’s the only thing that makes me be active
