Here I am at age 36 thinking that my weight loss has slowed down due to my age, yet this woman who's more than twice my age managed to lose an insane amount of weight with diligence and consistency. I'm done with the excuses. If she can do it, so can I! God bless this sweet woman :)

Gosh I just fell in love with this woman’s sweet face! What an inspiration. Words can’t express how much she effected me regarding my very poor perspective on weight loss. Both are hard, why not choose healthy hard? Love that. Walking in your living room? No more excuses!

I found this video when I was living in a very unsafe neighborhood with several worsening health conditions in my 20s. I started walking around my apartment everyday and several years later I am much stronger, happier, and my conditions are much more manageable. I appreciate this woman sharing her story. Prior I never thought walking around my apartment "counted". Searched for the video just now because I was reflecting on how much this one video and one woman improved my life. Forever grateful.

I'm so glad I came across this. What an amazing role model Jessica is. I walk in my house every day too and have done so since September of 2020. Before I started walking in the house I used to take my dog out around the neighborhood and had done so for years but for some reason certain pet owners began allowing their dogs to run loose and even though my dog was on a leash she was attacked three times within a few weeks span. The last attack was done by a huge mastiff and I had to use pepper spray to get the dog off mine.

After that incident I started walking in the house on a treadmill and a few weeks into that while on the treadmill I accidentally fell and fractured my right shoulder. That is what started me walking in my house, just back and forth at a leisurely pace and I walk four miles a day every day. I wear a pedometer so I know my exact mileage at any given time. I even continued doing some of the exercises I was given while in physical therapy to help my shoulder heal correctly and gain strength and flexibility, so a portion of my walking routine includes me using small hand weights to maintain that.

I'm 56 now. I learned since I was little that exercise is very important for the body. You don't have to exercise very hard to get benefits from it. Exercise keeps you mobil, and it helps with circulation.

I am 28 years old and I live in a 1 bed room small apartment with my husband. I weigh over 220 lbs and today I started walking from my kitchen to my front door like Jessica did. Ajd I went to the kitchen sink and did squats. I tried the stool step that was probably not the best start lol but ik trying. It's only day 1 for me. But I know I can do it.

In the summer of 2020 my neighbor walked back and forth on her front porch. Sometimes 15-20 minutes two or three times a day and sometimes up to an hour. She did this for almost 2 years. She totally transformed her body. I told her that i expect to look over at her walking on her porch and she'll disappear because she's worn the boards through. Now she goes to the gym for strength training. I need to get out of my recliner.
I've lost six lbs in the past five days. I need to change my ways before its too late.

Good on her! She’s 100% right.. I walk in my apartment too.. esp on cold or bad weather days. I find it keeps my weight maintained. But my cats love to get underfoot. Lol
