Ive been doing these exercises since before Covid, there are not many day's l miss doing them. But l must say I'm 72 in February and feel more like 62, thank you for this site l love it, keep going and l will keep following. X💜

I have always enjoyed physical exercise but over the last few years I have lost confidence and motivation. I’m 50 and have started carrying weight on my tummy which is proving difficult to shift. I just want to thank you for your videos, I’ve tried so many different ones on YouTube and I find yours the most encouraging and inspiring. It's challenging to start something new! Today is my day 1, this was the perfect way to start. It was only 10 minutes short! My heart rate is at a speed that has been foreign to me for a long time! Thank you for this boost of confidence!

Great 10 min workouts! After a few days of working out the 10 min seemed very short so I repeated them for 20 min. Absolutely love your videos!

Love Love your HIT and Cardio workouts; so fast and effective. Low impact ones are wonderful b/c I had a knee replacement 5 years ago. Your workouts are great for keeping our spirits and emotions at positive levels....thank you

What i want for myself is to be fit and active into my older years. Im 56 and don't have any grandchildren as of yet. I want to be able to do active things with them as I did for my boys, when they were younger....hiking, biking, kayaking etc.

Thanks for all the great workouts! This one I loved not just for the intensity and how fun you made it but also looking at the ocean waves rolling in made my spirits soar! I live far from the ocean and miss the serenity it brings. Would so enjoy you making more workouts with the ocean in view!
