:-). I am agegroup cyclist. Try what an 3 hour ride does in terms of hunger. Even at low intensitiy. I think everybody in endurance would agree it increases your hunger. By the way gym goers call endurance cardio. You might be right for those 🙂

I’ve only ever been able to lose weight with exercise but all the current advice is that exercise is not helpful for weight loss only for weight maintenance after weight loss.

Can confirm. Only been doing cardio and walking. Eating and enjoying food. Interesting how two days ago it came to my mind how I am not hungrier when I work out and I was wondering how - then I found your video :).

I don't get it there's so many videos which mentioned that doing cardio will make you more hungry which tends to make you eat more

So I eat healthy and keep track my macros I am pretty much poor and I’m not able to cook much because my papa is an asshole I have akward living situation that aside I’ve been eating few calories not by choice but because I don’t have much and been trying to keep up with groceries for a week been eating only 700 calories at most but healthy foods I’m not really even hungry much so am I gonna regain wieght that would piss me off .. I’ve been very stressed hope someone will reply a sufficient awnser .

As a post-menopausal women, I’ve found that I definitely lose weight when I eat less junk (even though junk tastes so good) and walk more. So, with my Fitbit, I track my calorie burn and with Myfitnesspal, I track my calorie intake and try to burn about 500 more calories than I take in.

could you do studies on how your weight has a set point and how to change that? The Biggest Loser study wasn't a good example of a study I don't think since a small number of people in extraordinary circumstances where they worked out and didn't eat a lot. but it does show how your body has a set point and how can you move that?

This doesn't align with my own experience. Always been very active (200 and more activity minutes a week), but I only started loosing weight once I implemented intermittent fasting and HIIT training.
