Good recommendations. It takes real effort to eat correctly but once you established a pattern of eating it becomes a no brainer.

love it! I'll start practicing it from now! Thank you! The 10 minutes breakfast makes sense and worth it.

I have been going to bed earlier but it seems no matter my bedtime my body wakes up about 7 hours later. I am enjoying the morning hours though and I am able to get more done. Great video by the way!

The sleep one makes so much sense now, I have a 9 yr old Grandaughter who wears age 14 clothes because IMO her ‘puppy fat’ has got out of control she says she can’t sleep because she’s hungry.

The moment you said cut out carbs I clocked out mentally lol. Fruit is a carb and I ain't cutting that out. I'd rather cut out fat. HOWEVER you need carbs, fat, protein and fibre to be more satisfied

I've had a significant amount of success with a HARD CORE ketogenic diet, but I've also fallen off that wagon every time and gained all of the weight back. It just gets to the point that it becomes tedious and for someone like me who is such a foodie, it tends to take a lot of the joy out of life. My wife has always been the type of person who simply eats to live. She gets no real joy from food; it's just something she does to survive. I truly wish my brain worked like that. Unfortunately for me, I love/live to eat. I'll give you one guess which one of us falls within the obesity scale. I've been yo-yoing for a good five years now, but here I am again, motivated and ready to jump back on the wagon, but looking for some sort of food lifestyle that won't having me looking back over the edge of that wagon in a couple of months. Each time I'm motivated, I climb on board with both feet, am very strict with what I do and don't eat, and go to the gym at least three to four times a week. Then I always hit a wall. I'll lose 15 to 20 pounds (I'm in the USA where we don't speak metric), but then I always hit a wall, and after several weeks of nothing positive happening on the weight loss front, I end up frustrated, and I do mean FRUSTRATED, I start questioning if it's even worth it, and then I fall face first right off the wagon again. The last time really took its toll because the extra weight just completely destroyed my knees, and I was forced to have total knee replacements of both knees. It's been one year since my surgeries, so now what even what I'm able to do at the gym is going to be very limited. I'm 6 ft 1 inches tall and as of today weight 254 pounds. I guess the only reason I'm tying all of this on here is in desperation that maybe someone will read it, tap me on the shoulder, and say "Hey, I think I have the answer for you. I just discovered your videos, so that at least feels like a tad bit of hope. At least you've helped me become motivated again.

And the last advise is great. Sleeping more and better increase growth hormone and fat burning.

Eat a WFPB diet which includes good carbs like potatoes & legumes (less fattening than fats) and big portions
