Leslie- Your ‘Walk At Home, heart healthy’ Parts 1, 2&3 have been the core of my weight loss journey this past year. I have lost -100lbs @ age 61! I’ve been overweight all my life. This is the first time I’ve consistently exercised. You’ve made my life so much better! THANK YOU! 😍

Hi Leslie! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS SERIES! This 3 part program is the only cardio I do. I’ve lost -90lbs over 10 months at age 61 . I’ve a permanent leg injury but can do this! 😃😃😃

Switched to DVD. Pressed for time before work.

Low impact no jumping is doable while healing from a cold & cough. Surprisingly, I pushed through the sets of four alternating knee lifts.

Such a great way to start the day. The perfect warm-up for an active day. 20 minutes here, then a moderate abs and kettle-bells workout, then an hour snowshoeing. Later, an hour or so out skiing. Thank You!

This is the walking workout that I go to when I am in the "lazy-not-in-the mood" mode. I start with part 1 and by the time that gets done, I am all warmed up and rearing to go. Then I do the other parts and voila...

, really like these excercises and do them 4 times a week. The other days i take a brisk walk outside..It is on alternate days Should I be doing it everyday or this schedule is ok.?
