This morning yoga practice will get you going in 20 minutes! Together we'll wake up the entire body with a full body stretch that is great for stiffness and aches and pains that are so common in the morning. This is a great one to come back to on a regular basis, I hope you'll enjoy it!

I only recently found your videos after years of cycling through other instructors but never feeling consistently motivated. I have done daily videos of yours ever since. Your practices are always so unique, healing, and gentle. My aches and pains have softened and I have been more overall present! You truly bring me back to the mat every day. :) thank you.
