Great workout! Driving those things in is a job. Getting them back out now that’s a real challenge.

Before there was “working out” most of us just did work! I’d rather exert my energy doing something useful than burn it at a gym staring into a mirror!

Dude, Great video; anything can be a good workout. I am 62 and getting ready for this years elk season. No weights, just pushups, pull-ups, squats, daily hikes and shooting.

Yeah I was using a homemade one of those once, my dad made it, it had a triangular piece welded to the top, I had it turned so the point wouldn’t hit the house ended up with several stitches in my head...it hurt!
