1. Never should you use cervical extension to make up for the lack of thoracic spine mobility/extension.
2. knees past toes is completely fine in a squat and is very important.
3. Some people based on femur to tibia ratios need to lean forward in order to maintain balance.

This is one of the worst squatting tip videos I have ever seen👎
