For those concerned about abs, you could probably just throw them in on leg days

Monday: Chest, Tri
Tuesday: Back, Bi
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulder
Friday: Chest, Tri
Saturday: Back, Bi
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Legs
And so on.

Basically, I workout according to the series, and don't train as per day.

By this way, In one week, I Train, Chest, Tri, Back, Bi twice, and other week, Legs and shoulders are trained twice.

If you do deadlifts on back day its better to do chest after leg day so your legs get a day to rest.

After my shoulder work out you ain't gunna wanna do chest😂😂 even after chest I don't wanna train triceps😂😂 stay hard!!

I only do is
Mon- chest
Tuesday-biceps and triceps
Wednesday -abs
Thursday - upper shoulder and shoulder
Friday-leg
Saturday -rest
Sunday- rest

I rest 2 days because my job is construction worker I'm a physical labor I still carry heavy concrete and cement too anything heavy in construction site

It’s good but I’m going to try to fit abs in on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (Also make sure to eat lots of healthy foods and give your muscles days to rest.)

I rest 3 Days a Week, cause i use Upper/Lower Split!
