started watching your videos 6months ago, and training for my splits at the same time. I’ve NEVER been able to get anywhere close and yesterday i finally got it!!! Thank you!!!

dude i started stretching my splits after exercising just to test the waters and after two weeks i got my other side already! of course i was pretty flexible before and im not fully comfortable doing my splits yet but this was so much improvement in such a short amount of time! Totally recommend but dont base your expectations on my experience, everyone's bodies are different:)

I can't explain how happy u feel when i get flexible 😭😭 i feel relaxed, calm, happy and all my muscles are relaxed, i feel like a free bird 😩🙌

I've definitely heard about stretching for 30secs from other studies, but 5min a week seems quite low (better than nothing obv). Any other studies confirm?

Agreed only passive stretching just gives u flexible noodle limbs. Becoming flexible while you use ur muscles is the magic sauce

I had an old school basketball book that taught me that, I would do all the stretches @ 30 seconds sets of 5-10 by the time I was done I’d be sweating and ready for anything that was 14 years ago and even though I’m not as active and weigh more I can do pretty much all of them no issues
