These videos have given me a completely different perspective on working out, it's not about losing weight, you don't need fancy equipment or intense work outs, no one is shamed for what level they're at or their body type, it's honestly amazing and it makes me so happy

It's crazy how adaptable the body is, I'm 20 now and I've never been able to touch my toes with straight legs before. I watched some of your videos and gave it a shot, did some hamstring exercises for about four days and now I can touch my toes! Honestly made me super happy and proud of myself, even though it was fairly minimal effort 😅

Something I really really appreciate is that you give time goals. "You'll see results in less than a month" helps give a realistic time frame for something that many people don't have a clear picture of.

I’m freaking out. I’ve been trying since high school to touch my toes. I stretch every day and do some yoga. After watching this and doing it for a couple weeks, I CAN TOUCH MY TOES. For the last 30 years I thought I’m just not that flexible. You’re brilliant!!!

What I like about this channel is that you teach them how to stretch better for whatever level they are currently at which is a lot less intimidating than some gym classes I've been in. It's nice
