This is relevant and useful routine even for someone like me who is capable of doing a bit more. They the exercises are a leisurely version of what we fit ones would do.
The balancing act employed is most suitable for anyone having loss of stability due to bone and joint degeneration such as myself. Pay me for my talking points if you intend to use. No free lunch here.
