Hello Mighty Family! A strong core is important for posture, stability, and back pain. It also helps reduce your risk of falling and makes moving through daily tasks easier! These at home, standing exercises strengthen the entire core and incorporate additional balance movements to help you feel your best! There are no shoes required, but you can add in a light set of weights for an extra challenge!

Hi just came across your video. It looks like some exercises that I can try. I have back problems and need to strengthen my core without being on the floor. They look easy but I tried a couple and they are hard but not overwhelming. Thank you. 😁😁👍👍

Thank you SO much for this video! I just found this channel and am now subscribed. I've been battling a bad case of sciatica. Never had it before. I've been to my chiropractor and an acupuncturist. Goingnon 3 weeks with this. I've got some improvements but still struggling.

Core strength has never been something I've focused on until this injury. I was able to do this video without pain and felt great afterwards. I shall continue. Thank you so much!!

I’m not certain these exercises are too practical for seniors. I have pretty good balance but these seem for the most part not geared for seniors.

How do you use (squeeze) your core to actually benefit from core workouts? I’ve never really understood it

i m 71 years old suffering from scoliosis I just cannot follow the crunches exercises as if I dont have energy to do them

Good content, but I think it’s unnecessary to do the exercises on both sides in the video. Just demonstrate the exercise on one side. We can all figure out that the exercises are symmetrical.
