Roxanne this is probably my fave workout of yours! Actually probably fave workout ever!! I just feel like I could do this often and just practice getting stronger and stronger at each move. On that note please tell me the secret of the hinge back move? You go so far back and honestly I seem to barely move. Does it come with time or am I doing something wrong? Anyway thanks for the awesome work. ❤

Happy New Year Roxanne. Good to see a new strength workout.
I started strength workouts regularly since 6 months approx and started having protein shakes since 1 month (only 7 gms Protein per scoop). I see weight increased on weighing scale. Is it normal? Why am I gaining weight?

Loved this! But feel a minute per move is too long? 30 seconds per move, 2 moves, 30 second rest?

I thought this would be easy but no 😂. I had to modify a few but I made it to the end. Maybe I should have done it with lighter kettle bell.

In my opinion in this session there are some exercises a little too mixed together, 2-3 exercises in one seems a bit excessive to me.

Ugh, I had to modify the glute bridge knee lifts, but I get strronger again with every workout. Thank you for your workouts Roxanne!! I love them and they keep me excited and motivated to get lean and strong again! 😁
