Let's get STRONG!!! This full-body strength workout incorporates a variety of exercises that will work your entire upper body, lower body, and core! The structure of our training session includes compound moves as well as isolation training to build and define! We close this workout with a push/pull/legs finisher finale!

FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
MUSCLES TARGETED: WORKING IT ALL!!!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 45lbs / 4.5 - 20kg
- EXERCISE MAT

STRUCTURE
9 TOTAL EXERCISES
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH
PUSH/PULL/LEGS FINISHERS
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS
FINISHER WORK: 60 SECONDS

- GOBLET SQUAT
- L-RAISE
- CHEST PRESS
- GLUTE BRIDGE - SLOW LOWER
- DB TOE TOUCH
- SEATED TWIST
- KNEELING BENT OVER ALT ROW
- TRICEP PUSHUPS

FINISHER FINALE
- SHOULDER PRESS
- BICEP CURLS
- SQUAT
