The structure of our training session includes compound moves as well as isolation training to build and define! We close this workout with a push/pull/legs finisher finale!

- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 45lbs / 4.5 - 20kg

PUSH/PULL/LEGS FINISHERS
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS
FINISHER WORK: 60 SECONDS
