Get stronger with my full body strength workout with dumbbells!
This 30 minute dumbbell workout is guaranteed to get your stronger and fitter when putting in your workout routine! This full body workout only needs 2 sets of dumbbells so can be done at home or in the gym!
In this full body workout you will complete 3 rounds in total with 1 minute rest in between. We will work each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest to give you plenty of time to prepare the dumbbells for the next set!
As always I will be leading you through this awesome dumbbell strength workout! Are you ready?! Lets go!
