Tap in with us for another 30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Strength Workout! The format of this workout is EMOM style which stands for "every minute on the minute". We will designate a certain amount of reps for each exercise and then once completed, the remaining time left within that minute is your rest period. We highly recommend using multiple pairs of weights if you have them, otherwise you may need to adjust the reps (Juice used 25lb dumbbells and Toya used 15lb dumbbells). We've included a workout guide within the video to help you modify the workout if needed.

It's 4:55am and I just completed this workout. I love workouts that are quick and to the point. Yesterday I started working out again and this was the first workout I did. I've done plenty of Juice and Toya's workouts. Give this one a try. You'll feel nice and strong afterwards. Now I can go about my day with a workout completed.👍🏼

I’ve tried so many workout channels. I have to say, you are by far my favorite. My goal is to stay consistent this month (July) by doing your 30 min workouts. Weight is at 167. Let’s see how many pounds this 40year old can lose by the end of this month. 😅

Good morning guys, this was really challenging for me and I could only do 2 of the exercises in the very last minute. Although I was much slower I did try and do all the suggested number of reps. Now to lie down in front of the fan😂😂. Thank you so much ❤ from UK perimenopausal woman age 47 😊

I stopped watching all my other exercise videos and I'm watching you guys 4 times a week. The first reason is that you don't have any annoying music and the second is that you don't talk. These two things allow concentration on exercise. It's uncomfortable for me to listen to someone talking nonstop with upbeat music! You guys great ❤

Its been a minute since i worked out and im ready to jump into my first workout after almost 2 months with this video. Ive been following you guys since the pandemic and i will say i love ypur videos for this mama. I know i can get a good sweat, the music/beats are kid friendly, and the structure/explanation of the workout are on point! Also, i want to give a ton of kudos from someone who was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease as well and not letting a diagnosis take you down. I loved your Lupus video that was very inspiring since i was diagnosed with MS shortly before you released that video. Literally gave me so much hope and to keep on pushing!
