Sounds like a high surf day, perfect for a high energy class. The pace of the class suited me just fine, and I do feel better having done it. I liked the smooth moves and the chance to practice a pose I never did before - hands behind the heels while squatting. (That's not its formal name!)

Love that we are incorporating more balancing poses…when I’m feeling unbalanced or my mind is racing, practicing a balancing pose can help to bring me to a more stable place. Thanks, Tim!
