Thank you for this offering this morning. You are the only male I practice with because you have such a safe presence. You also challenge and humble me every practice and that’s exactly what I need. Even little things like breathing through my nose the entire practice. Very thankful to have found Breathe and Flow.

this was such a challenge for me coming back to vinyasa yoga after a break doing more gentle flows but I'm so happy I came!

Not gonna lie - that 90 sec plank at the end is killer. I bailed at 75 to rest for a few seconds then did the final countdown. Will have to work on completing the whole thing!! Thanks Flo!!

As I needed a little boost this morning, I found this class in the YouTube selection. Haaa I had to bring out more strength to hold certain poses. As I kept breathing slowly while moving, I reached the calm and equilibrium that I was aiming for. Have a lovely day ❤🙏🏼

As a beginner, or should I say intermediate, since I regularly practice the Ignite classes. When I’m short on time or coming back from a few days off, I pick a new video you upload and find it much more challenging than while in a groove. I appreciate the energy you put into these videos that keep me coming back and being more present in almost all aspects in life. Thank you!

Would love something easier than this but harder than the 1-week embark programm.

This felt so hard, at least for the morning, I zoned out and felt bad multiple times. That's of course not on you guys, just conveying what I'd like from you guys 😄

Very challenging holds for my shoulders! During that last plank I was shaking so much trying to hold and dropped right before the final 10 second countdown. I'm looking forward to coming back to this and trying to complete it.

Today I used this practice to rekindle my relationship with my health and awareness. Thank you so much for providing this guidance and space to learn and grow. Ps: I loved hearing baby at the end of the practice during the meditation. My baby and dog started crying and barking at the tail end of the meditation and it just helped me to realize that everyone is on their own journey with their own responsibilities, sounds, and obstacles.
