These shorter classes are great because sometimes I put them together with one or two other videos which creates a really fun flow.

Very nice short flow. How often do you and Bri plan on doing 30-50 minute flows? I miss them. Especially the ones you end the video with a breathing exercise. Thank you for being part of my senior life journey.
