Imo Peter has by far been a guy I’d like my coach to be. Simple truths nothing else. All his suggestions be it in workouts or diets have been realistic. Thank you

Guys remember this!!!! It’s much better to eat enough protein than to eat less than optimal at high quality. Quantity is always more important (until reaching the max you should eat). Finding a balance is important. If you don’t have the time or money to eat like a king everyday, buy some protein bars and stuff. Good luck everyone!

I don't expect a very intelligent response from the majority, but i would love to see this guy doing a full carnivore diet. That would be a beast.

Fish and Turkey are also great options to vary ur meals without losing out on much protein. White fish and Salmon have crazy amounts of vitamins and nutrients, not to mention fish oil for healthier skin.
Pork and Lamb are good as a sourcebof protein, but the fat content, even in lean cuts, is just too much for a good physique.

Eggs are God tier, bros. Cheapest and best protein quality source out there. If you can't chug them down Rocky style, get a malta beer or even coca cola, 3-4 eggs, and 1 blend that mix. Best and easiest protein shake ever.

I recommend eating at least 3 different sources a day. Why? Because there is some evidence in science and quite a bit of anecdotal evidence that eating too much protein a day from the same source will cause allergies to the soy or corn a lot of chickens are fed or things like iron overload from crazy amounts of beef. I recommend max 20 Oz of beef and max 16 oz of salmon a day or 32 of the less nutritious meats like chicken, white fish or turkey. Eggs I've never seen anyone who isn't allergic respond poorly too. Whey and dairy I keep only in the off-season, I find it always keeps some inflammation in the gut but if you can handle it I'll do a lot of whey or dairy like cottage cheese, greek yogurt or quark. Say 20oz up to 3 times a day. That's worked well in a lot of guys who struggle to get a lot of protein in during summer or the hot season when they're in the off-season.
