I've always used whey protein right before exercise. I also get protein from chicken and fish, and occasionally beef- With a lot of veggies as well. I'll indulge in junk food every once in a blue moon to keep my sanity intact.

I've always been a lanky woman (22yo/5'10"/130lbs) and I've been using OWYN brand pea protein for about a month as a little extra umph when I noticed that my mass gain wasn't where I wanted it to be. My favorite recipe uses frozen cherries, strawberries, and kale (I swear you cannot taste it). Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder and about a cup of cranberry juice. I'm definitely noticing a slow but steady muscle growth and definition. Patience is key!

I just want to mention that while I mostly came here for actual product reccomendations.. this was actually much more useful because now I can specifically look for products that have the source of protein I think is best for me.

I take protein powder every day sometimes I want a change so I mix vanilla protein powder with orange juice it tastes just like an orange Julius, don't get crazy about the sugar in the OJ it's a treat 😋 but I'm still getting my protein. 73 years old still lift everyday 💪🦾

personally, i use "Serious Mass " to gain more weight and to exercise mainly because have a high metabolism. I actually gained 20 pounds within a semester - I looked somewhat the same but a little bit buff.

Looking online for ways to naturally feel full and suppress appetite, a bunch of the list had whey protein in common as the best (plus, helping manage tendonosis of the hamstring). So i put it in a smoothie with other common items from all the lists (almond milk, dark cocoa powder, bananas, blueberries), and some things I like (coconut milk and peanut butter).

Please create a video on dealing with a sickle cell crisis in the ER from a provider prospective. I have a difficult time getting ER providers to understand the level of pain and distress I am in. I do know how busy and stressful the ER can be and I do sympathize with all staff b/c of this. I keep a positive and respectful demeanor even in a crisis - doesn’t always seem to help with care.
