6 High Protein Sources (Yatinder Singh)

1. Chicken Breast 100g = 27-30g protein (Fat 3-4g) Best source
2. Green Moong Dal 100g = 24g (Fat 1.2g) Best for vegans
3. Whey protein= 26g per scoop (Depends upon product)
4. Fish 100g= 21-25g (Fat 8-12g) (Varies for diff Fish)
5. Egg = 5.5g (Only Egg white - 3g protein)
6. Soya chunks 100g = 52g protein (Fat- 0.5g)
(25-40g Soya Chunks per day is fine)

Fat content present in the above foods are good fats which cut down the bad fats in the body.

Some other protein sources are milk, curd, paneer, nuts, beans etc... But also has high amount of fats which can be a good option for under weight people.
