Tofu is one of my favourite protein boosts. I add it to fish and meat meals almost every day. It's packed with iron and calcium and so suits my dairy free diet.

I like Soy Curls. They look like chicken strips and come dehydrared. You soak them for 10 minutes and then wring them out. They're low calorie, high protein and high fiber. I've made Beef stroganoff and Fajitas with them (you can substitute any meat dish with them) but mostly I just like to saute them in a pan getting them crunchy. Butler Foods makes them.
